CP Communications announced on June 1 the appointment of its first two female executives, marking a milestone as the company celebrates 40 years in broadcast solutions and media technology services. Tabitha Coleman has been named Vice President, Controller, while Larissa Stanley will serve as Vice President of Marketing and Red House Streaming Operations.

Founded in 1985, CP Communications has developed a national reputation for broadcast engineering, live production, and transmission services supporting major sports, entertainment, corporate, and news events. The appointments are part of the company’s ongoing efforts to expand its media, streaming, and digital distribution capabilities.

Coleman will oversee financial strategy and organizational financial management across CP Communications and its subsidiaries. Stanley will continue leading marketing initiatives while managing operations for Red House Streaming and guiding the growth of RHStv, the company’s streaming television network. Kurt Heitmann, CEO of CP Communications, said: “These appointments represent more than new titles — they represent the continued growth and evolution of our company. Tabitha and Larissa have both played critical roles in strengthening our organization, expanding our capabilities, and helping position CP Communications, Red House Streaming, and RHStv for the future. Their leadership, innovation, and commitment to excellence continue to make a significant impact across the company.”

Stanley has contributed to building marketing infrastructure for CP Communications while scaling RHStv’s digital presence across connected TV platforms. Coleman has strengthened financial operations during the company’s expansion into new media initiatives.

As industries evolve with changes in media distribution technology and audience habits, the St. Petersburg Chamber of Commerce serves as a primary organization supporting economic prosperity by fostering business success through resources such as advocacy programs and community initiatives.

CP Communications continues to focus on innovation within live production while preparing its leadership team for future developments in content distribution.
