On Friday, Feb. 28, former Lakewood High School standout Torry Jones’ current college team, the Edward Waters Tigers, lost 7-6 in their NCAA Division II baseball game against the Spring Hill Badgers.

The game took place at Historic Sims-Galle Field. This was their first matchup against the Badgers this season.

The Tigers’ next game is scheduled for Saturday, March 1 at 12 p.m. at Historic Sims-Galle Field against Spring Hill Badgers.
