On Tuesday, Feb. 18, former Lakewood High School standout Torry Jones’ current college team, the Edward Waters Tigers, lost 9-2 in their NCAA Division II baseball game against the Embry-Riddle FL Eagles.

The game took place at Sliwa Stadium. This was their first matchup against the Eagles this season.

The Tigers’ next game is scheduled for Friday, Feb. 21 at 2 p.m. at James P. Small Memorial Park against Kentucky State Thorobreds.
