Mayor Kenneth T. Welch is set to hold a press conference to discuss Tropical Storm Helene. The event will take place at 11:30 a.m. on Wednesday, September 25, at the St. Pete Emergency Operations Center, situated within the St. Pete Police Department at 1301 1st Ave. N.
