Northeast High School standout Cayden Evans’ college team lost in NCAA Division II baseball game on Sunday, Feb. 9

On Sunday, Feb. 9, former Northeast High School standout Cayden Evans’ current college team, the Columbus State Cougars, lost 7-5 in their NCAA Division II baseball game against the Young Harris Mountain Lions.

The game took place at Zell B. Miller Field. This was their second matchup against the Mountain Lions this season.

The Cougars’ next game is scheduled for Saturday, Feb. 15 at 1 p.m. at Feinbloom Field against Barry Buccaneers.
