On Tuesday, March 18, former Northeast High School standout Cayden Evans’ current college team, the Columbus State Cougars, lost 10-4 in their NCAA Division II baseball game against the Valdosta State Blazers.

The game took place at Billy Grant Field. This was their second matchup against the Blazers this season.

The Cougars’ next game is scheduled for Friday, March 21 at 6 p.m. at Burger King Stadium at Ragsdale Field against USC Aiken Pacers.
