On Tuesday, Feb. 11, former St. Petersburg High School standout Hunter Booth’s current college team, the Valdosta State Blazers, lost 17-14 in their NCAA Division II baseball game against the Georgia Southwestern State Hurricanes.

The game took place at Billy Grant Field. This was their first matchup against the Hurricanes this season.

The Blazers’ next game is scheduled for Friday, Feb. 14 at 1 p.m. at Fesmire Baseball Field against Union Bulldogs.
