Congratulations to The Admiral Farragut Orienteering Team as they had an amazing meet at the Florida Orienteering State Championship
The team had many great runs with Klara Tomaka winning 3 on the yellow course, Dominique Hurst with a First on the orange, and Leah VanArsdale with 5 th in the green.

ADMIRAL FARRAGUT ACADEMY: Today we had an upper school assembly with Allison Kowalczyk '14 who shared her journey from Farragut to becoming a JAG Corps Officer in the United States Navy stationed in Pensacola, FL
Allison reminded the students it's okay to switch paths from college choices to career paths but to stay true to yourself and your goals and remain resilient and pivot to keep moving forward.

ADMIRAL FARRAGUT ACADEMY: Our students in kindergarten through second grade recently celebrated the 100th day of school for the 2022-2023 school year!
They learned throughout the afternoon with learning centers, whereby they built creations with 100 cups, linking blocks, and cheerios.

ADMIRAL FARRAGUT ACADEMY: Congratulations to the Varsity Boys Basketball team for their win last night in the FHSAA Districts Semifinals over Lakeside Christian!
The District Championship game will be held this Friday at 7:00 pm at Indian Rocks Christian against Canterbury. Please come and show your support. Way to #GoBlueJackets!

The title of the escape room was “Snow Day: Escape Being Stranded at School.” Students were paired into groups and had 45 minutes to unlock 7 locks with figurative language clues given for each lock.
