St. Petersburg Catholic High School standout Avery Thomas’ college team lost in NCAA Division II softball game on Tuesday, March 11

On Tuesday, March 11, former St. Petersburg Catholic High School standout Avery Thomas’ current college team, the Fort Valley State Wildcats, lost 6-3 in their NCAA Division II softball game against the Spring Hill Badgers.

The game took place at Hoover Metropolitan Complex. This was their first matchup against the Badgers this season.

The Wildcats’ next game is scheduled for Tuesday, March 18 at 4 p.m. at Lady Canes Softball Field against Georgia Southwestern State Hurricanes.
