On Tuesday, Feb. 18, former St. Petersburg High School standout Hunter Booth’s current college team, the Valdosta State Blazers, lost 9-8 in their NCAA Division II baseball game against the Columbus State Cougars.

The game took place at Burger King Stadium at Ragsdale Field. This was their first matchup against the Cougars this season.

The Blazers’ next game is scheduled for Friday, Feb. 21 at 5 p.m. at Billy Grant Field against Trevecca Nazarene Trojans.
