On Saturday, March 8, former St. Petersburg High School standout Hunter Booth’s current college team, the Valdosta State Blazers, won 5-0 in their NCAA Division II baseball game against the West Alabama Tigers.

The game took place at Billy Grant Field. This was their third matchup against the Tigers this season.

The Blazers’ next game is scheduled for Tuesday, March 11 at 4 p.m. at John Kurtz Field against Georgia Bobcats.
