The home at 3853 10th Ave., St. Petersburg was sold on Oct. 15 by David S. and Susan M. Fraser for $198,000. The buyers were Tony G. and Paula Pelletier.
On Oct. 15, Jamie L. and James L. Hudson sold their three bedroom, two bathroom home at 3939 45th Ave., St. Petersburg to Jee Eun Lee and Kristen Elizabeth Herman for $200,000.
The three bedroom, two bathroom home at 2700 14th Ave., St. Petersburg was sold on Oct. 15 by Pinellas Equities LLC for $305,000. The buyer was Elliot Investments LLC.
On Oct. 15, Zillow Homes Property (trust) purchased a three bedroom, two bathroom home at 801 58th St., Gulfport from Hailan (revocable trust) and LAN Pham (trustee) for $277,900.
