On Sept. 23, Anna Rose Boutin and Steven Thomas Falconetti purchased a two bedroom, one bathroom home at 4545 23rd Ave., St. Petersburg from Bryan Swingler for $295,000.
On Sept. 23, James J. Meece Jr. and Linda A. Meece sold their home at 445 32nd Ave. W. 103, St. Petersburg to Amy Christine Anderson and Annika Christine Sherek for $125,000.
On Sept. 23, Lisa and Gregory Vigrass purchased a home at 500 Treasure Island Causeway 102, Treasure Island from Debra T. and Charles Ray Parks for $260,000.
