St Petersburg median home prices rose by 26% in January 2021

The median sale price of a home sold in January 2021 in St Petersburg rose by $50,000 while total sales increased by 21%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In January 2021, there were 127 homes sold, with a median sale price of $242,000 - a 26% increase over the $192,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 105 homes sold in St Petersburg in January 2020.
