Gulfport median home prices rose by 31.6% in February 2021

The median sale price of a home sold in February 2021 in Gulfport rose by $53,250 while total sales decreased by 33.3%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In February 2021, there were four homes sold, with a median sale price of $221,500 - a 31.6% increase over the $168,250 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were six homes sold in Gulfport in February 2020.

The median sales tax in Gulfport for the most recent year with available data, 2019, was $1,890, approximately 0.9% of the median home sale price for February 2021.
