Falling home prices in South Pasadena in the first quarter of 2021

The median sale price of a home sold in the first quarter of 2021 in South Pasadena fell by $94,050 while total sales increased by 157.1%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through March of 2021, there were 18 homes sold, with a median sale price of $198,950 - a 32.1% decrease over the $293,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were seven homes sold in South Pasadena in the first quarter of 2020.
