Falling home prices in Gulfport in August 2021

The median sale price of a home sold in August 2021 in Gulfport fell by $1,750 while total sales increased by 16.7%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In August 2021, there were seven homes sold, with a median sale price of $280,000 - a 0.6% decrease over the $281,750 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were six homes sold in Gulfport in August 2020.
