St Petersburg median home prices rose by 36.5% in August 2021

The median sale price of a home sold in August 2021 in St Petersburg rose by $80,200 while total sales decreased by 38.7%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In August 2021, there were 84 homes sold, with a median sale price of $300,200 - a 36.5% increase over the $220,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 137 homes sold in St Petersburg in August 2020.

The median sales tax in St Petersburg for the most recent year with available data, 2019, was $1,746, approximately 0.6% of the median home sale price for August 2021.
