The amount paid for property taxes on this property in 2019 was $2,213.07, 0.23% of the sale price of the home.

So far in September 2021, this is the only property that sold in Treasure Island as of this publication.

According to the Florida Secretary of State, Patricia Smith Warner has been registered to vote since 1984.

The Florida Secretary of State data shows that there were three registered voters residing at 135 93rd Ave. as of Oct. 10, 2020: Lawrence Andrew Charbonneau, 72, Patricia Smith Warner, 90, and Beth W. Charbonneau, 65.
