St Petersburg home prices rose in September 2021

The median sale price of a home sold in September 2021 in St Petersburg rose by $23,100 while total sales decreased by 4.4%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In September 2021, there were 130 homes sold, with a median sale price of $257,500 - a 9.9% increase over the $234,400 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 136 homes sold in St Petersburg in September 2020.
