September 2021: Home prices in Treasure Island fell

The median sale price of a home sold in September 2021 in Treasure Island fell by $128,450 while total sales increased by 50%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In September 2021, there were six homes sold, with a median sale price of $417,500 - a 23.5% decrease over the $545,950 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were four homes sold in Treasure Island in September 2020.
