Gulfport median home prices unchanged in the third quarter of 2021

The median sale price of a home sold in the third quarter of 2021 in Gulfport was unchanged while total sales decreased by 12.5%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through September of 2021, there were 21 homes sold, with a median sale price of $250,000. There were 24 homes sold in Gulfport in the third quarter of 2020, and the median sales price for the period was also $250,000.

The median sales tax in Gulfport for the most recent year with available data, 2019, was $1,890, approximately 0.8% of the median home sale price for the third quarter of 2021.
