The median sale price of a home sold in the third quarter of 2021 in St Petersburg rose by $61,500 while total sales decreased by 9.9%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through September of 2021, there were 364 homes sold, with a median sale price of $290,000 - a 26.9% increase over the $228,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 404 homes sold in St Petersburg in the third quarter of 2020.
