St Pete Beach home prices fell in the third quarter of 2021

The median sale price of a home sold in the third quarter of 2021 in St Pete Beach fell by $111,750 while total sales decreased by 50%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through September of 2021, there were 19 homes sold, with a median sale price of $385,000 - a 22.5% decrease over the $496,750 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 38 homes sold in St Pete Beach in the third quarter of 2020.

The median sales tax in St Pete Beach for the most recent year with available data, 2019, was $4,498, approximately 1.2% of the median home sale price for the third quarter of 2021.
