The third quarter of 2021: Home prices in Treasure Island increased

The median sale price of a home sold in the third quarter of 2021 in Treasure Island rose by $170,500 while total sales decreased by 22.7%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through September of 2021, there were 17 homes sold, with a median sale price of $575,000 - a 42.2% increase over the $404,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 22 homes sold in Treasure Island in the third quarter of 2020.

The median sales tax in Treasure Island for the most recent year with available data, 2019, was $3,878, approximately 0.7% of the median home sale price for the third quarter of 2021.
