The campaign committee of Democratic Party candidate Charlie Joseph Crist, Charlie Crist for Congress, refunded $2,700 to James Kassouf on July 9, according to the Federal Election Commission (FEC).

FEC data shows the refunded expenditure was for: "Contribution refund to an individual, partnership or limited liability company."

Charlie Crist for Congress has refunded $16,600 total since Feb. 1.
