The campaign committee of Democratic Party candidate Eric Lynn, Eric Lynn for Congress, refunded $5,700 to Emilie Socash on July 1, according to the Federal Election Commission (FEC).

FEC data shows the refunded expenditure was for: "Contribution refund to an individual, partnership or limited liability company."

Eric Lynn for Congress has refunded $5,700 total since Feb. 1.
