South Pasadena median home prices rose by 0.4% in January 2022

The median sale price of a home sold in January 2022 in South Pasadena rose by $1,000 while total sales decreased by 71.4%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In January 2022, there were two homes sold, with a median sale price of $225,000 - a 0.4% increase over the $224,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were seven homes sold in South Pasadena in January 2021.
