Rising home prices in St Petersburg in February 2022

The median sale price of a home sold in February 2022 in St Petersburg rose by $67,500 while total sales decreased by 52.8%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In February 2022, there were 58 homes sold, with a median sale price of $302,500 - a 28.7% increase over the $235,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 123 homes sold in St Petersburg in February 2021.
