Gulfport median home prices rose by 64.8% in February 2022

The median sale price of a home sold in February 2022 in Gulfport rose by $143,500 while total sales decreased by 50%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In February 2022, there were three homes sold, with a median sale price of $365,000 - a 64.8% increase over the $221,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were six homes sold in Gulfport in February 2021.

The median sales tax in Gulfport for the most recent year with available data, 2019, was $1,890, approximately 0.5% of the median home sale price for February 2022.
