CITY OF GULF: City Of Gulfport - National Safe Boating Week

Boat

City Of Gulf issued the following announcement on May 24.

CITY OF GULFPORT - NATIONAL SAFE BOATING WEEK

The City of Gulfport and the United States Coast Guard Auxiliary, Flotilla 7-16 reminds all boaters during National Safe Boating Week to brush up on boating safety skills and prepare for the boating season.

National Safe Boating Week is observed to bring attention to important life-saving tips for recreational boaters so that they can have a safer, more fun experience out on the water throughout the year. At its heart, the Safe Boating Campaign is a grassroots effort that collaborates with partners to share about safe boating in our local community. During National Safe Boating Week, the U.S. Coast Guard and its federal, state, and local safe boating partners encourage all boaters to explore and enjoy our beautiful waterways responsibly.
