Of the 6,889 people living in Treasure Island in 2019, 53.3 percent (3,673) were women and 46.7 percent (3,216) were men, according to U.S. Census Bureau data obtained by the St. Pete Standard.

Females 18 and over outnumbered males in the same age group by a ratio of 1,862-to-1,838. In the 65 and over age range, there were 1,628 females and 1,170 males.
