Happy Mom and Pop Business Day! A “Mom and Pop” is a term used to describe small, family-owned, or independent businesses. In South Pasadena, we are lucky that many of these businesses call our City home. Today we are celebrating by highlighting Republic of Lucha
Republic of Lucha was born as an idea in October of 2020 by the Lucha Brothers Penta Zero M and Rey Fenix. Their unique idea because a reality in South Pasadena when they opened their doors in 2021. As one of the most recognizable cultural elements that define Mexican culture around the world, Lucha Libre is much more than a "sport", it's an art form, a philosophy, a way of viewing life and the Lucha brothers are bringing that experience to our City.
