St Petersburg median home prices rose by 28.4% in May

The median sale price of a home sold in May in St Petersburg rose by $71,000 while total sales decreased by 73.3 percent, according to BlockShopper.com.

In May, there were 35 homes sold, with a median sale price of $321,000 - a 28.4 percent increase over the $250,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 131 homes sold in St Petersburg in May 2021.

The median sales tax in St Petersburg for the most recent year with available data, 2019, was $1,746, approximately 0.5 percent of the median home sale price for May.
