St. Petersburg seeks residents for board and committee positions

The City of St. Petersburg has announced vacancies on multiple boards and committees, seeking residents to serve in various capacities.

The Advisory Commission on Aging currently has one vacancy. This commission serves as an advisory body to the city, supporting programs and resources that ensure quality of life for the aging community in St. Petersburg. More information can be found at stpete.org/ACA.

The Affordable Housing Advisory Committee has two vacancies. This committee reviews new incentive strategies and evaluates previously adopted ones to encourage affordable housing while protecting property values. Details are available at stpete.org/AHAC.

The Arts Advisory Committee also has two vacancies. The mission of this committee is to support diverse artistic and cultural activities within the city, promoting these goals for the benefit of its citizens. Further information is provided at stpete.org/AAC.

One vacancy is open on the Community Planning & Preservation Commission (CPPC), which makes decisions relating to the city's comprehensive plan, including land use and zoning maps, and historic preservation.
