The City of St. Petersburg has announced the launch of "Voices from the Corridor," a series of community workshops under the Imagine the Deuces initiative. This program aims to honor and shape the future of 22nd Street South, known as The Deuces. The initial meeting is scheduled for February 11 at the Center for Health Equity.

Mayor Kenneth T. Welch emphasized the significance of these workshops, stating, "The Deuces Corridor holds a special place in St. Pete’s history and future. These workshops are a chance for our community to come together, share ideas, and help shape what’s next. I invite everyone to join us in honoring this legacy and building a vibrant future for South St. Pete."

"Voices from the Corridor" will consist of interactive sessions that engage residents, business owners, and stakeholders in co-creating the future of The Deuces Corridor and Warehouse Arts District.

Participants will have opportunities to provide input on South St. Pete's revitalization efforts, learn about progress since the 2018 Action Plan, and receive updates on ongoing projects within the corridor.

The workshop schedule includes:

- Workshop #1: February 11 at The Foundation for a Healthy St. Petersburg's Center for Health Equity.

- Workshop #2: February 18 at St. Petersburg College Midtown Campus.

- Workshop #3: February 20 at WADA ArtsXchange Tully Levine Gallery.

- Workshop #4: March 25 at The Foundation for a Healthy St. Petersburg's Center for Health Equity.

Residents are encouraged to attend these meetings to contribute ideas that will enhance public spaces, support local businesses, and strengthen neighborhood connections.
