City Of South Pasadena issued the following announcement on Sep. 01.
Pick up a free election guide at the South Pasadena Public Library. Guides are available in several languages.
Completed ballots can be dropped in the dropbox in front of City Hall, and the War Memorial building will be an official Vote Center from September 4th to 14th.
