City Of South Pasadena issued the following announcement on Dec. 17.
This holiday season, you can help shape the future of South Pasadena by drawing your own district map with your loved ones!
You can draw a map of your neighborhood, a single Council district or an entire citywide map. Mapping tools are available on the redistricting website:
- Dave's Redistricting: a free web app to create, view, analyze and share redistricting maps.
- Maptitude: a mapping tool to draw maps census block by census block and submit maps electronically.
- Paper maps: for those without internet access or who prefer paper
Draw a map and submit it to redistricting@southpasadenaca.gov for Council consideration. For more information on the criteria for adopting maps and map drawing tools, visit: www.southpasadenaca.gov/redistricting
