City Of Treasure Island issued the following announcement on Feb 18.
Mark your calendars! The John Morroni Memorial Dog Park at Rosselli Park will be closed for maintenance from March 22 through April 4. Staff will be sodding and mulching both the large and small dog parks and need time for the sod to take before reopening the park.
