City Crew Responds to Reclaimed Water Discharge Incident Caused by Contractor

In an incident on April 1, a contractor hit a reclaimed water main at the 2500 Block of 60th Ave. S., resulting in the discharge of approximately 34,488 gallons of reclaimed water. Of this amount, about 32,388 gallons flowed into Lucky Lake and Stevenson Lake. City crew members swiftly responded to the situation, arriving promptly and taking immediate action to isolate the problem and commence necessary repairs.
