St. Pete residents should brace themselves for severe weather on April 11, 2024, as the city issues a warning of potential thunderstorms, high winds, and coastal flooding. According to the announcement, there is also a chance of an isolated tornado or waterspout.

Sandbags will be available for pickup on April 11 from 7 a.m. to 3 p.m. at the Pavement and Traffic Operations Building located at 1744 9th Ave. N. Those in need of these resources are encouraged to visit stpete.org/sandbags for more information.
