Due to upcoming voting operations, the Disaster Recovery Center (DRC) at the Florida Botanical Gardens will be relocating to the Enoch D. Davis Center. This move will take place on November 2, 2024, starting at 7 a.m. The current DRC and Multi-Agency Resource Center (MARC) at the Florida Botanical Gardens will close on Friday, November 1, at 7 p.m.
The operations at the new location will expand upon existing MARC services. The Enoch D. Davis Center will remain open daily from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m. through November 27. Staff from federal, state, and regional partners will be available to assist residents with disaster recovery resources. Additionally, representatives from the Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) will be present to help with real-time decisions and appeals.
The Disaster Recovery Centers provide expanded services and act as centralized locations for accessing disaster recovery resources and information.
Residents can register for FEMA assistance online at www.DisasterAssistance.gov, via the FEMA app, or by calling 1-800-621-FEMA (3362).
