In the wake of Hurricane Helene, St. Pete residents experiencing power outages will have access to cooling and charging stations this weekend. The city has announced that several locations will be available for those in need.

City-operated sites will open their doors on Saturday, September 28, and Sunday, September 29. Additionally, community-run locations will provide services on Saturday, September 28.

These measures aim to assist residents as they cope with the aftermath of the hurricane, providing essential resources such as a place to cool off and charge electronic devices.

Residents are encouraged to take advantage of these facilities during the specified dates to alleviate some challenges posed by the storm's impact.
