The City of St. Petersburg Parks & Recreation Department’s Office on Aging is inviting nominations for the 41st Annual Senior Hall of Fame. This initiative celebrates senior volunteers who contribute significantly to the community.

Eligible nominees must be at least 62 years old, reside in Pinellas County, and have a history of exemplary volunteer service in St. Petersburg. Nominations are open until March 7, and can be submitted online at www.stpeteparksrec.org/SeniorAwards. Selected inductees will receive a certificate and recognition during a City Council meeting.

The induction ceremony is scheduled for April 16 at 5 p.m., taking place at the Mahaffey Theater, with public attendance encouraged.

The Office on Aging serves as an advocate and educational resource for seniors in the community, offering various programs to keep them active and informed. The office is located within the Sunshine Senior Center.
