The list of speakers includes Lisset Hanewicz, Vice-Chair of City Council for District 4; Brandi Gabbard, a City Council Member representing District 2; Deborah Figgs-Sanders, another City Council Member from District 5; Amber Boulding, Emergency Management Manager with St. Petersburg Fire Rescue; and Barbara Stalbird, Parks & Field Operations Superintendent for the city's Parks & Recreation Department.
