From Friday, May 12, at 7 p.m. to Saturday, May 13 at 6 p.m., drivers and pedestrians may experience traffic congestion in Downtown St. Petersburg on the perimeter of The Residences at 400 Central. Affected thoroughfares include roads traveling east and west (Central Avenue and 1st Avenue South) and north and south (4th Street and 5th Street). During that time, approximately 650 concrete trucks will be driving these roads to pour concrete for The Residences at 400 Central. While no lane closures are anticipated, some instances of blocked lanes or congestion can be expected as trucks drive to and from the construction site.
The City of St. Petersburg has worked with the developer to attempt to mitigate any inconvenience and appreciates the public's patience and cooperation.
