On March 12, 2025, a pipe break resulted in the discharge of approximately 74,000 gallons of reclaimed water at the 2000 block of Country Club Way S. According to reports, around 30,000 gallons flowed into a nearby retention pond while the remaining 44,000 gallons were contained on site. Efforts are currently underway to repair the damage caused by this incident.
